My work as a therapist is driven by a passion for helping people of all ages deepen their self-awareness and cultivate new resources to navigate difficult situations, alleviate suffering, improve relationships, and enhance overall quality of life. For those that are immigrants, my personal life experiences may offer valuable insights and support to facilitate a smoother adaptation for them and their families.
